A teacher at heart Chef Joshua Ingraham describes himself in five words as an inspiring, driven, socially responsible leader. Seeking better health his whole life he’s established himself as @theChefNshape; creating events like “Lift for Food” and “Burn n Earn” where local chefs came together to inspire better health within their communities through food and fitness. Since then Chef Ingraham has been the Luxury Suites Chef for the Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins, Executive Chef for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, featured on the cover of Crain’s Cleveland Magazine, Food Management Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine, Thisiscleveland.com, Dining with Hakem Dermish to cooking in game seven of the World Series as the Executive Chef for the Cleveland Indians.

He’s penned his first kid’s cooking book this year called Bunny Muffins (https://www.amazon.com/Books-kids-Bunny-Muffins-Cooking-ebook/dp/B01BJSN1WA) to help create healthier families. Chef Ingraham brings the integrity and tenacity of a 4th Degree Master Black Belt in the art of Tae Kwon Do into the kitchen.

Competed in the National Avocado Madness Championships, the World Food Championships in Alabama and has medaled in several ACF events.

Through an amazing year of dedication Chef Ingraham was also able to win a Pro Sponsorship and $10,000 from Blue Star Nutraceuticals during their recent Chisel Challenge.
